On The Double

  • 5 burpees
    • 5 pushups
    • 10 leg kickback squats
  • 10 burpees
    • 10 pushups
    • 20 leg kickback squats
  • 15 burpees
    • 20 pushups
    • 40 leg kickback squats

Make sure to stretch out your legs and glutes after this otherwise the backs of your thighs will be really tight and sore!
