Paleo Snackers

What is your favorite easy-to-grab Paleo snack? Depending on my mood, I love some delicious olives, a perfectly ripened banana, or some Primal jerky!

With a busy schedule and not a lot of time to cook, it can be difficult to follow a somewhat strict eating style. But keeping lots of healthy, Paleo-friendly options on hand will help in those moments when you’re running out the door for work, a class at the gym, or taking the kids to karate practice.

I always keep my fridge and cupboards stocked with items that are healthy, filling, and great for on-the-go eating. Here are a few ideas if you find yourself struggling with what to grab!

  • apples
  • baby carrots
  • bananas
  • bell peppers
  • boiled eggs
  • cucumber slices
  • dates
  • grapes
  • jerky
  • Larabars
  • meat & cheese slices (if you’re Paleo Plus)
  • nuts (great healthy fat)
  • olives
  • oranges
  • raw protein bars (I personally love Go Raw!)
