How was Mother’s Day for everyone? Mine was wonderful! I spent the day dancing to some Zumba beats and celebrating the two special loves in my life.
But now it’s back to real life and staying healthy so let’s make today count:
- 9 minutes rowing
- 5 burpees/pushup burpees
- 5 kayak twists
- 5 mountain climbers
- 5 under the fence pushups
- 5 ten-second hold squats (hold each squat for ten seconds before standing back up)
- Repeat sets 5 times!
