Here we go with our weekly Survivor workout! This season is getting to be way too good…I had low expectations after the epic 31st season. But, as always, the players and Jeff always come through!
- 9 under the fence pushups
- 5 oblique twist squats with weight
- 5 sumo deadlift high pull/thruster combo
- 5 burpees
- 5 dumbbell reverse fly
- 5 Romanian deadlift
- Repeat 4 times!
