How did everyone do with our Friday Challenge last week? My “Go & Do” activity was a Reggaeton Zumba Jam Session! I have always wanted to dance and spent my whole life watching and not participating.
This year I decided to change that and started taking classes, going salsa dancing, and got my Zumba instructor certification a month ago. The only thing holding you back from doing what you love is you!
Now, here’s our Monday workout!
- 15 minutes walk/run
- 20 shifting planks
- 10 oblique twist squats
- 20 one-legged pushups (5 each side)
- 10 leg raise squats with weights
- 20 knee to elbow side crunch (10 each side)
- 10 lateral leg raise squats
