16 minute cardio warm-up (your choice)

  • 4 thrusters
  • 8 lunges with bicep curls
  • 16 one-legged push-ups (8 on each side)
  • Repeat 4 times!

And since it’s Friday again (another week has gone by??), it’s time for a Friday Challenge! This weekend, take the time to let someone special know how much they mean to you. It’s so easy to get caught up in daily routines that we forget to take a moment and step back to appreciate the people in our lives. Let someone know you’re thinking about them and you’re grateful for the chance to have them in your life!
