Happy April! Where have the last three months disappeared to? At this rate it’s going to be 2017 in a couple of weeks…

Here we go!

  1. 1 burpee/pushup burpee
    • 4 thrusters
    • 4 oblique twist squats with weight
    • 4 deadlift sumo high pull
    • 4 lateral leg raise squats

Repeat 4 times!

(On a separate note, who else was sore from Wednesday? Show of hands?)
