    • 11 squats
    • 11 pushups
    • 11 roll-up V-up

Repeat

  1. 3 burpees/pushup burpees
    • 11 thrusters
    • 11 oblique twist/knee-lift squat
    • 11 back kick leg lifts (each leg)

Repeat!
